FREE 30-min workouts for beginners (EVERY Saturday in April)


Would you like to get into weight training but not a fan of the gym scene? Or maybe you've been wanting to work out at home but struggle with motivation or knowing where to begin? Well, I've been waiting for you!

Come join me and my bootcamp ladies every Saturday throughout April for a fun and energizing 30-minute workout session.

We'll kick things off with a quick 5-minute warm-up, dive into a 20-minute routine covering basic exercises with adaptable variations suitable for all fitness levels, and wrap up with a calming 5-minute cooldown.

All you need to hop on board is a solid internet connection, a comfy mat, a pair of dumbbells, some water to stay hydrated, and of course, don't forget to bring your smile! 😊.
