Every Sunday we’ll meet via zoom to chat about nutrition, cook together and have fun.

This 4-week Meal Planning Program includes:

  • A weekly micro learning session/demo + Q&A. Some of the topics we’ll cover: meal planning, portion control for weight loss, reading labels and more.

  • A weekly collection of recipes that will complement the lesson learned

  • Meal plan forms, tip & tricks

  • Group interaction via private group

  • Martha’s ongoing support via text

Although this is a group program, you can expect my full support to keep you accountable and on track.
