Pricing & Membership
Membership: $150.00 CAD Monthly (no long term commitment required).
DATES AND TIME OF SESSIONS (EST)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6:30am-7:30am
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:00pm - 12:30pm
Saturdays: 8:00am-8:30am
Office Hours: Vary by season, announced weekly
