Our Midlife Warriors Club is a supportive, flexible, expert-led membership group for women in their 40s, 50s, 60s (and beyond) who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their changing bodies.

This isn’t another quick-fix challenge or restrictive diet that burns you out.

 It’s a back-to-basics, realistic approach to:

  • Eating in a way that works for your body now

  • Strength training to protect your health for decades ahead

  • Habits that support your energy, metabolism, sleep, and mood

  • A community that lifts you up and keeps you motivated


WHAT YOU GET

30-Min Welcome Call with Martha => talk about where you’re at and get direction from a coach who gets it (Certified Nutritionist, Menopause & Fitness Coach). You’ll know exactly where to start.

Live Zoom Workouts — 6 Days a Week + Recordings
Morning, midday, or weekend sessions, or watch anytime. Choose 30 or 60 minutes, train as often as you like, go live or replay. Every class is fun, flexible, and designed to:

  • Build strength & stability safely

  • Improve everyday movement (groceries, stairs, getting off the floor)

  • Boost confidence in your body

  • Keep you coming back — because you actually enjoy it

My favourite recipes => simple, nourishing, and easy to make, so eating well feels natural (not overwhelming).

Monthly challenges => fun, doable, and designed to keep you motivated and moving forward.

A supportive community => connect with like-minded women who get it, because they’re living it too.
